Refund and Returns Policy

At Levels Dispensary, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of cannabis products and compliance with local laws, we have a strict no returns and no refunds policy, except in the cases outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our website or in-store are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect product ordered

Please double-check your order before placing it.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion. You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party delivery services. However, if your order arrives in unusable condition, please reach out to us immediately with photo proof.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it. If it has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to assist.

Non-Returnable Items

For legal and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable under any circumstance:

  • Cannabis flower or concentrates

  • Edibles or infused products

  • Opened packages

  • Perishable goods
